The substation will provide electricity for our development only. excavation will be carried out to pour foundations and a brick built structure with louvre doors will be constructed to house the substation equipment. The substation will be used 24/7. Proposed substation housing for approved residential development (Ref: 4/01331/18/MFA) constructed from brickwork with a pitched roof. The substation feeds the residential development only.
