Proposal

A new substation approximately 4m x 4m wide and 2.8m high is proposed to supply electricity to our new 170 unit residential scheme. The substation will be located within our site to the right hand side of our second apartment block. The substation will provide electricity for our development only. excavation will be carried out to pour foundations and a brick built structure with louvre doors will be constructed to house the substation equipment. The substation will be used 24/7. Proposed substation housing for approved residential development (Ref: 4/01331/18/MFA) constructed from brickwork with a pitched roof. The substation feeds the residential development only.
