Proposal
Full refurbishment to single family dwelling (residential use). An approved planning precedent exists for change of use to TWO residential units (submitted by the previous owner but not taken forward). The building is in a residential area, the downstairs was previously a butcher but has not been in use for some time. A new planning scheme will be submitted in due course based on the change of use to ONE residential unit. From a conservation viewpoint the existing shopfront will feature and be retained as part of the design.
