G1- row of Leylandii to be reduced to 5m in hight. Hedge was once maintained at 3m but has been allowed to grow and has now developed long stems of regrowth that have become venerable to failure. Once reduced the hedge will be kept at 5m to maintain its screening benefits. T1-Indian bean tree to be felled. The tree has out grown its position and has been previously pruned resulting in a dense canopy, there are signs of basel decay with fungal brackets present.
