Demolition of existing brick/steel railing perimeter wall, erection of new 1200mm high, bow top fencing, single leaf and double lead pedestrian/double leaf vehicular access gates. Fence posts to be at 2.80m, to be set in concrete foundations 350mm (w) x 350mm (w) x 450mm (d). The proposal is for the replacement of existing gates on a like for like basis.
