Proposal

Retrospective listed building consent for: 1. Replacement rooflight 2. New extractor vent tile 3. New connection to soil stack Replacement rooflight . The previous rooflight was leaking and needed replacement. In response we installed a Velux Conservation style window. The cross section for the Velux window is attached as a document. New extractor vent tile. Planning application '11/02658/LBC' related to internal alterations to our main bathroom that required an external vent tile to be installed. Specifically we said 'We do not have an existing extract vent, and permission to install a vent in the roof will be made in a separate application, which will be aligned to work we wish to do on our daughter's bathroom, which is on the floor above. We have spoken to Laurie Davis about this.'. We also consulted Laurie on the vent tile to be used, see attached copy of Laurie's email, and for which her PDF brochure for the Bradstone vent tile is also attached. New connection to soil stack. We replaced our daughter's hipbath and Saniflow system to a wet room and a normal toilet, for which an external connection to the soil stack was required. The Saniflow system was replaced as it was not fit for purpose, often getting blocked and requiring the call out of engineers to clear
