The previous rooflight was leaking and needed replacement. In response we installed a Velux Conservation style window. The cross section for the Velux window is attached as a document. Specifically we said 'We do not have an existing extract vent, and permission to install a vent in the roof will be made in a separate application, which will be aligned to work we wish to do on our daughter's bathroom, which is on the floor above.
