Ultimate Planning Performance Agreement for development that comprises new, enlarged, and improved pitch-side facilities at the existing TCFC stadium (a clubhouse, an enlarged north stand, a new southern stand, an extended eastern and new western terrace, a new entry block, and a new western car park), football academy facilities and associated parking, a mixed-use bar and events space with residential accommodation above and associated parking, a new health village including accommodation (100 beds) and associated parking, and a community centre including a day nursery, a gym, a veterinary/health clinic, and a wellness block, all with associated parking. The proposal also includes the development of a nature/recreation reserve that will be informed and planned through the appropriate ecological technical surveys and reports.
