Minor internal proposals removing non load bearing wall within living room to create open plan layout. As the existing sleeping area is currently not fully separated from the living space, (the existing wall is not continuous and there is no ceiling separation), and therefore any perceived potential privacy or noise issues will be unaffected by the full removal of the wall. The existing bedroom door and frame will be retained and kept in a closed position and the existing concrete floor and small section of block wall located between the living room and bedroom door openings will be made good locally. The existing wall light fitting located at high level on the removed partition wall will be carefully salvaged and retained for possible future reinstatement. The views into the property through the glazed facade will be unaffected by the proposed removal of the wall that is located towards the rear of the living space, away from the Goswell Road frontage. The existing partially enclosed layout can be simply reinstated to it's original configuration, (subject to statutory consents), should any future owner wish to do so.
