    Minor internal proposals removing non load bearing wall within living room to create open plan layout. As the existing sleeping area is currently not fully separated from the living space, (the existing wall is not continuous and there is no ceiling separation), and therefore any perceived potential privacy or noise issues will be unaffected by the full removal of the wall.
