Proposal
Application to discharge condition no. 3 (material samples) of planning permission ref: 24/01023/FULHH (Erection of garage, to be attached to neighbour's existing garage) External walling material: Reclaimed natural stone salvaged from the existing property during previous renovation works. The stone will be reused for the external elevations of the approved garage and has been selected to match the existing dwelling in character, colour and appearance. Proposed Roofing Material: The approved garage incorporates a flat roof, for which we propose to use a Firestone EPDM rubber roofing membrane system or an equivalent system. This will provide a durable, low-profile finish suitable for the flat-roof construction and will have minimal visual impact on the development's appearance. We trust the information provided above, together with the supporting photographs and manufacturer???s information attached, is sufficient to satisfy the requirements of Condition 3. We would be grateful if you could review the details and confirm in writing that the condition has been discharged, or advise if any further information is required. We look forward to receiving your confirmation.
