Proposal
Tree by the garage - Remove branches that extend over the garage, reducing the overhanging growth and allowing adequate clearance from the garage and roof. The tree itself is to be retained. Dead/defective branches. Remove dead branches and other clearly defective or unsafe branches from the relevant trees where necessary. Four Conifers - Reduce the height of four conifers from approximately 5m to approximately 3m, retaining their overall form and allowing them to remain as established garden trees. Two self-seeded cherry trees - Remove, both growing approximately 1m from the boundary. Medium-sized Conifer - approximately 4m high removed. Silver birch trees - Crown management.

To crown a large sycamore tree located very close to the boundary between 18 and 20 Curzon Park North. Note - The branches of this tree hang over the boundary fence and the rear terrace at No. 19, it drops leaves, seed pods and other detritus throughout most of the year, including winter, blackening the paving on the terrace at No. 18

Crown reduction to three lime trees (T3, T4 and T6) on the attached plan. The trees are very mature and in need of reshaping. There are regular falls of dead wood both within the property risking damage to vehicles parked nearby and onto the adjacent highway with consequent danger to pedestrians. The proposed work also therefore includes removal of unhealthy branches.
