  1 x Oak Tee: Aerial inspection was commenced on the tree, it was found that two old pruning wounds located at 4m are full of brown rot. Given the size and location of the cavities, proximity to each other it is advised that the upper canopy be significantly reduced to lessen wind loading on affected stem. 3-4m reduction would be sufficient to achieve this. No evidence of Pathogens.
