T1 Ash – Fell to ground level. Tree has outgrown its situation within the garden and is in close proximity to the neighbouring wall and outbuilding. It also causes excessive shading and the space beneath the canopy has limited usable amenity value. Remove and replant with a more suitable species. T2 Yew – Fell to ground level. Tree has become overgrown for its location, causing excessive shading and creating limited usable space beneath the canopy. Remove and replant with a more suitable species.
