T1 Ash, extensive main stem decay, partial failure of the main stem, fell to near ground level. T2 Walnut, casting heavy shade over the neighbouring properties, cavities at the point of historic limb shedding at 4+5m north and south, recent limb shedding in the upper-mid canopy, fell. T3,4,5 Ash, heavily Ivy clad, asymmetric above neighbouring property, casting heavy shade, Ash dieback present, fell.

The tree is clearly showing some structural damage to the property, the roots system has been pushing the ground causing uneven surface and the property boundary wall has been cracked . The tree has also been cable braces in the past and is located very close to the property. We would like to remove the tree for any damage that may occur in the future
