G2 Leyland cypress screen + small beech tree Prune back branches overhanging adjacent garden of Shoemaker Cottage by up to a max of 3 metres The trees have been planted along the boundary of the two properties and have growth extending significantly into Shoemaker Cottage exacerbated because this is the southern aspect. It is proposed to prune back some of the lower overhanging lateral growth by 1 - 3 metres depending on the extent of the growth which varies along the boundary (but the intention is to keep a green screen ie not cut back so hard as to leave bare branches which will not regrow
