Proposal
T1 x Ash; regularly heavily reduced to maintain crown spread and water use on this shrinkable clay. Historic cracks are visible on the neighbouring end wall and have now formed on both the adjacent garage and the boundary wall between the two properties - Fell to near ground level and replant with a Holm Oak to allow screening to be recreated, this species will also require less water during the summer months and can be regularly maintained with ease.
