T1 Ash- Fell. This previously pollarded Ash tree has little amenity value. It's too large for the space it's in and causes excessive shading in the back garden. A re-pollard will mean the tree looks unsightly and will not give the desired results in the back garden. G2 mixed species hedge - Reduce height to 6ft. G3 mixed species hedge along road and driveway-Reduce height to approximately 4ft and cut back driveway face, in line with retaining wall.
