Proposal
Cheltenham Business Improvement District would like to display some new Christmas decorations throughout the town centre to improve the displays and experience for public and businesses. Part of this involves adding minor fixings and fittings to small areas of the buildings to attach the decorations to. The building amends will be made good afterwards.
