Reduce spread on the North side by 2.5m and balance the remaining crown to leave a more compact form and retaining the green screen between the two properties. (T4) Beech (Fagus) - Remove the upper portion of the crossingbranch overhanging the front lawn. (T6) Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) - Crown reduce on the South East side only.Height reduction of 3m and spread by 2.5m for a more compact and balanced form.
