(T1) Lime (Tilia) - Remove epicormic growth on the main stem up to the second branch break. Remove all dead wood and 90% of mistletoe. (T2) Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) - Crown reduction works to include a heightreduction down to 15m. Reduce spread on theEast side by 3.5m and crown thin the remaining branch structures by 15%. Reduce spread on the North side by 2.5m and balance the remaining crown to leave a more compact form and retaining the green screen between the two properties. (T4) Beech (Fagus) - Remove the upper portion of the crossingbranch overhanging the front lawn. (T6) Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) - Crown reduce on the South East side only.Height reduction of 3m and spread by 2.5m for a more compact and balanced form. (T17) English Yew (Taxus Baccata) - Keep in with trimming regime on garden side, leaving the West side as natural. (T22) Common Lime (Tilia Europea) - Remove all dead wood. (T23) Holly (Ilex Aquifolium) - Reduce back of Leylandii Cypress and give 2mclearance. Prune extended branches for a more compact form. (T34) Common Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) - Remove all dead, dying and diseased wood. Remove the 3 uprights on the Westerly side. Examine the natural bracing up at 12m to conclude if any further work is required. (T36) Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) - Crown reduce to include a height reduction of 4m on the tallest limb on the North West side, 1.5m on the remaining crown and give the adjacent property 2.5m clearance of all encroaching branches. Shape and balance. (T38) Common Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) - Crown thin by 10% to include remove crossing and rubbing branches. Remome crossing and rubbing branches. Remove two phototrophic stems growing towards the north as marked.
