  • 19/00318/AMEND Decided

Unit K Gallagher Retail Park Tewkesbury Road Cheltenham Gloucestershire GL51 9RR

Non material amendment to planning permission ref. 18/01549/FUL - The changes made consist of omitting the door to the rear elevation of Unit K1A, slight adjustment to the door position to the side / left hand gable of Unit K1A, and then the rear doors to both K1A and K1B have been increased in height. The door to the rear elevation of Unit K1A is an improvement compared to the previous layout as it means people within Unit K1A will not use the pathway to the rear of the building, which improves the situation for Units K1B and K2 compared to the earlier version.
