Proposal
G1 - Pine (1) - Fell - damage to deck due to pine sap; profuse droppings from wood pigeons ruins decking, garden furniture, renders deck unusable and is a health risk; falling pine cones and branches are a health and safety concern. Pine (2) - reduce height of tree 6-8m - cannot see top of it so very hard to judge required reduction. Remove 3 lowest branches overhanging decking up to 3m - pine sap; profuse droppings from pigeons renders deck unusable; health and safety issue due to droppings and falling pines and branches. Prune 3 lowest branches overhanging path up to 3m excessive shading and nuisance to neighbours' path due to needles, branches, pines. Pine (3) - Reduce crown spread 6-8m. Remove 2 lower branches overhanging house - Tree dangerously overhanging house and health and safety danger identified by chimney sweep. Pine (4) remove lower 3 branches overhanging roof - The trees are incredibly close to the property. The enjoyment of the garden is seriously impaired by these trees and the threat to our health, (chimney sweep's statement).
