Leylandii x3- removal of to other stumps- have sought advice by tree surgeon. These trees no longer provide the 'screening' that they were likely to have been planted for some 20 years ago (by previous occupiers). They overhang to the neighbours boundary and touch their roof. Thye also block the light to the garden particularly in winter.
