To amend the description of condition 6 on the approved decision notice to read - The planning permission hereby permitted shall not be exercised in addition to or in combination with or as part of planning permission 19/01340/FUL granted on 26th November 2019 or planning permission 20/00398/FUL granted on 11th May 2020 unless the details of a layout allowing circulation through the entire site is submitted to and previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The development and layout of the site shall then be carried out in accordance with the approved details and permanently retained thereafter.
