To amend the description of condition 6 on the approved decision notice to read - Prior to the site becoming operational the vehicle parking and turning areas shall be laid out within the site in accordance with drawing Enterprise Wider Site Circulation Plan (ref. 0200) for cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn and that space shall thereafter be kept available at all times for those purposes.
