Construction of four bungalows with associated landscaping, hardstanding, and access improvement). The width of the access roadway has been increased to 3.7m to accommodate fire emergency appliances. Plot 1 has been moved to the west by 1.25m to accommodate the wider roadway. Plot 2 has been moved to the west by 0.875m to accommodate the wider roadway and rotated slightly to relate better to western boundary. Plots 3 and 4 have been moved to the north, Plot 3 by 0.3m and Plot 4 by 0.5m to accommodate a minor setting out error in the boundary fence to the property Sorata.

The bay windows have been omitted on plots 1 and 3. The new entrance bay has been made smaller on plot 3. A small rear outshot added on plot 3. The new gross floor areas on drawing 19.652/02 results in the total gross build area being reduced by approximately 1m2. Alterations to fenestration.
