Amendment sought; 1) Amendment of the description of development so it includes the original description of development (to match the requisite Bedford Borough description), and to remove the specific references to use classes within the description; 2) Amend the 'Development Parameters' set out on the decision notice as follows: Amend reference to B1 use to state 'E(g)'. Add reference to the health centre, and Replace the reference to Classes A1, A2 and A3/A4/A5 with a total of Class E floorspace, hot food takeaway (now sui generis) space and public house space. 3) Amend condition 18v in line with the parameter changes described in point 2 above, and deletion of criteria iii which is no longer considered relevant. 4) Amendment of condition 19 to replace reference to former use class A1 with use class E(a)
