The changes to be made are an overall scale back of the approved design as per approved applications for Full application LA01/2025/0194/F and Non Material Change application LA01/2025/1283/NMC to be: a rationalisation of the lower section of roof to create a single ridge height with the existing roofline. The west side is to be extended to a gable end as in the original approved design with an additional extended area to the north of the site with a flat roof that butts into the roof, following the existing ridge height, with velux roof lights to the north elevation. On the lower and upper ground floors existing bay windows to be removed and glazed areas extended. Two ramps have been added externally
