Proposal

Installation of 2No. static camera at the West Light House on Rathlin Island. These will be erected in the areas of the main and lower platforms. The cameras will remain in place from April to August (inclusive) each year and then taken down and stored over winter. The purpose of the cameras is to assist the Life Raft Project which is a grant assisted project to help the birdlife on the island.
