Typically outbuildings including pool houses if of a minor scale are considered permitted development, but this site is large with 2 listed buildings encompassed in the grounds. It is important to define the listed curtilage to allow for definition in planning and development. The plot proposed for the Pool house is of a significant distance away from the house over 100m. It is well screened from the outside and inside of the site with no impact upon its setting. The pool itself is intended to be small below 100m2 and use as little chlorine as possible
