Proposal

Repair areas of degraded external render, including preparation, finishing, and repainting to match the existing surface. Repair existing windows. The windows are currently severely rotten and, in places, are falling out of their frames. Repairs shall include replacing decayed timber as necessary and restoring the windows to a safe and serviceable condition while retaining as much original fabric as practicable. Remove the existing lower-floor pine pews, taking care to salvage suitable timber for reuse. Repair the existing pine wall cladding where damage has occurred due to water ingress and timber decay. Repairs shall be carried out using reclaimed timber salvaged from the removed pine pews wherever suitable, ensuring all replacement sections match the existing profile and finish
