Urgent structural works including demolition of dangerous south gable (retrospective) and rebuilding gable, south eastern corner and smaller defective areas in salvaged/matching masonry laid in lime mortar. Dubbing out friable masonry in lime mortar (all emergency works prior to notice under S. 117 of the 2023 Historic Environment (Wales) Act.
