Planning application

201 King's Cross Road London Camden WC1X 9DB

Awaiting decision Camden 2025/2676/A

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

One projecting sign on front elevation in same position as previous sign mounted on the existing, retained wrought iron bracket fixed to the masonry slightly above fascia level. The sign will be double-sided, fabricated from painted metal, with a diameter of 800 (as specified in schedule reference SN-01, Finishes Schedule). The projection from the building will be approx. 1103mm, with a clearance of 2679mm to the pavement using existing external light fitting located above the bracket to provide static, non-flashing illumination to the sign. One small, right-aligned painted fascia logo applied directly onto the existing metal shutter housing, replacing the previous fascia applied plastic lettering and non-illuminated.
