Awaiting decision Cambridge 26/1087/TTPO Works to TPO trees

Works: Trees

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

We seek Tree Works permission to hand dig a hole at the new location to re-connect a 110mm diameter pipe to the same combined-use drain 0.8m from the West wall of the house at a depth of approximately 1.15m. The hole will be hand dug by expert ground workers who will follow all guidelines for digging within a root protection area. The pipe route can be altered to avoid any roots 25mm in diameter or larger.

T1 - Cherry tree - Reduce crown by about 3m, or, if this is not possible reduce the crown where it overhangs 67 Hemingford Road by a similar amount. Reason - This would reduce the overshadowing of the roof of 67 Hemingford Road and also prevent branches impinging on telephone wires connecting to 65 Hemingford Road.
