Proposal
T1 (London plane) - Pruning Points 1 and 2: Pollard 2x long extending south facing branches arising from a common primary branch by removal of approximately 7-8m of branch lengh. Pruning point 3: Pollard the near vertical branch in the upper southwestern crown by removal of approx 3- 4m of lengh. All three pruning point to create a 2 - 2.25 clearance from the face of the building. To facilitate installation of scaffolding between the tree and the building. Tertiary branches to also be pruned back to the scaffold line where required, but only up to the height of the adjacent building Prune tertiary branch tips that are overhanging the building to have up to 1.5m clearance with top of building structure.
