Non material amendment on application 23/04687/FUL to: 1 - Community Centre Hall (Block ABC east elevation) single exit doors within garden space amended to double doors to comply with fire strategy. 2 - Community Centre (Block ABC west elevation) 1no. window to one to one room at request of Cambridge City Council due to operational requirements. 3 - Community Centre (Block ABC link roof) 1no. Skylight introduced for access and natural light. 4 - Community Centre (Block ABC) Glazing to garden wall omitted for hit and miss brick detail at request of Cambridge City Council due to vandalism and maintenance concerns. 5 - Community Centre (Garden) Ramp omitted due to appropriate existing levels allowing level access. 6 - All Blocks (Elevations) 825mm reduction in parapet height to accommodate appropriate technical floor and roof build ups, and service voids, which would have otherwise increased overall building height. 7 - Block ABC (North and East Elevations) 3no. RWP's introduced on both elevations because loadings on roof are too great to comply with warranty provider requirements if falls only go from front to back. additionally higher parapets would have been required contradicting above change. 8 - Block D (North elevation) Plant room door omitted as no longer a requirement for electrical plant room. 9 - Block A (South elevation) M4(3) slopes introduced to patios of units to allow easier wheelchair access at request of Cambridge City Council
