This mature has not been managed for over 10 year. While it is in good health it has become very tall with a prominent sail over both the owners property and the adjacent property, the owner of which has complained about falling branches. This tree is also causing excessive shading for the property behind the owners house and. The neighbors have complained about this for years apparently.) T2 Sycamore to crown reduce by 3m (to previous pruning points), a 15% thin and deadwood. (To improve light below and reduce weight and sail. This mature self seeded Sycamore has not been managed for over 10 years. While it appears in good health it is exibiting decay at the bifocation at the base as well as bark inclusion. It has become very tall with a prominent sail over both the owners property and the adjacent property, the owner of which has complained about falling branches. This tree is also causing excessive shading for the property behind the owners house and is also now touching the roof of both propertys!. The neighbors have complained about this for years apparently.)
