Proposal

T1 mature multi stemmed sycamore, to be removed due to root disturbance during excavation works (this should have been identified in trees to remove during building works but fell outside the original line of foundation and retention works.) T2 multi stemmed sycamore on roadside, this requires a pollard if not full removal, only stable union is at the base of the tree, size and location make this a high risk of failure. Location of this tree has major impacts on neighbouring property roof, land owner has already re planted more trees than were removed during the build stage and is willing to continue planting more in appropriate locations with native species.
