Proposal
T1 Douglas fir - Reduce lateral branch growth on the property-facing side by up to approximately 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points and retaining a natural crown profile. Reduce branches overhanging the dwelling and those currently making contact with, or falling onto, the tiled roof to provide approximately 2 metres clearance from the building. Remove dead, damaged or defective branches where present. Overall height to be retained. T2 Oak - Reduce the disproportionately extended lateral branches on the applicant's property-facing side of the crown by up to approximately 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points. The purpose is to reduce the significant overhang into the applicant's garden and produce a more balanced crown.
