Fell 1 x Whitebeam (T1) to ground level as ornamental planting has developed a progressive lean within a short period of time and is now considered precarious, fell 6 x Leyland Cypress (G1) to ground level as trees are in various stages of terminal decline, exhibiting symptoms including sparse canopy, crown dieback and chlorotic foliage, prune 1 x Yew tree (T2) to provide up to 1.5 m clearance by reducing low-hanging branch tips; final pruning cuts not to exceed 50 mm in diameter and crown lift 1 x Yew tree (T3) to 3 m above the driveway/parking area; Additionally, prune low growth currently in contact with the outbuilding to provide a minimum clearance of 1.5 m; Final pruning cuts not to exceed 50 mm diameter
