Proposal
Property risk inspection report attached to application. 3 trees I want to continue previous management. Lime T4 on front lawn 15 Oxenden Drive, fell and stump grind, Photo LimeT4 rot at top shows disease.. Beech T5 - beside front drive adjacent brick wall, regular maintenance, re pollard to previous pollard points Oak T1 - in rear garden 15 Oxenden Drive. Start to remove, crown reduction then additional halve height. Reason it is identified in attached survey report as causing risk to 13 Oxenden Drive, removal recommended butto be carried out in 2 stages to reduce risk of "heave". I wish to protect their property by getting the Oak out in 2 stages , final removal after a period of at least a year to minimise risk of heave.
