Proposal

T1 Large Mature Beach tree at front of property, on driveway and overshadowing the highway. The Beach tree has died during high summer this year and has lost its bark at the base of the tree toward the earth. Its very obviously dead but is structurally sound. We would like permission to section fell or remove the tree to the ground level.
