The tree is significantly leaning and is a falling danger (arborist). Significantly moved in last month. Large Sycamore (T4) rear of property - Crown lifted 10m-12m. Lower branches are encroaching into number 5/7 space and blocking sunlight for 7/7a/7b

The Beach tree has died during high summer this year and has lost its bark at the base of the tree toward the earth. Its very obviously dead but is structurally sound. We would like permission to section fell or remove the tree to the ground level.
