The tree at the end of our garden, which has a TPO needs to be managed as the branches grow horizontally across our fence causing pressure to and damage to the top of the fence. I would like to remove the branches that are damaging the fence.

I would like permission to cut back some of the branches, including the top of the tree. The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property. I have always had concerns about the tree falling and so would like to keep the height trimmed so that it doesn't reach the property, should it fall.
