All tree works are as a consequence of construction activities in the location, as part of the A38 Bromsgrove Major Scheme Improvements proposed by Worcestershire County Council. The works are being undertaken under Permitted Development. Construction activities within the TPO designation will include ground raising to tie in with revised levels from adjacent road widening and pavement improvement works.
