Douglas Fir T1 This tree now sits and 18-20 metres and is only 5 metres from my house. It drops large quantities of cones and needles and hangs over the neighbours driveway and my house roof. I do not want to complete any major works but purely want to cut back the lower branches away from my property. Excessive shading causes my lawn not to grow and continually drops needles and cones to my patio area and fishpond, my neighbours continually complain to me about the amount of debris falling into their garden. Leylandii T2 This Leylandii is now at 9-10 metres tall and is a lovely shape. The lower branches are starting to drop onto the garden and are dying towards the trunk. Again I do not want to carry out any major works but purely cut back the lower branches to entice light onto the garden and planting below.

Blue Cedar (T1) at front edge of property boundary. Reduce by approx 2m in height and 4m in spread. Currently the tree is 12m high and has a spread of 12m, after the reduction, tree will be approx 10m tall and have a spread of 8m Reason for the work is to stop the tree from out growing its space, reduce spread and overhang over footpath and to reduce weight and windsail amongst the canopy to reduce risk of branches breaking in high wind.
