Proposal
T1-T2-T3: Yew trees. Reduce overall crowns by 1.5m. Reduce over the road by 2m. Crown raise over the road to give 5m clearance. Clear around the over head cables to give 1m clearance. Reason is to manage the size of the trees due to the location with the road and property.

Removal of six Ash trees (Fraxinus excelsior) exhibiting symptoms consistent with Ash Dieback (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus). The trees are showing progressive symptoms associated with Ash Dieback, including crown thinning, upper canopy dieback, dead twigs/branch tips and general decline in vitality throughout the crowns. Ash is widely recognised as becoming increasingly brittle as the disease progresses, with deterioration often accelerating over a relatively short period of time. Although the trees are located within a garden setting and are not considered to present an immediate high-risk target at present, the area beneath and surrounding the trees is regularly used by the family for amenity purposes. Given the progressive nature of the disease, the long-term retention of these trees is considered unsuitable. Removal is therefore proposed as a proactive management approach before further structural decline occurs.
