Planning application
10 Princes Road Clevedon BS21 7SZ
Works: Trees
Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.
Proposal
T01 beech is causing very significant uplift of the paved drive to such an extent that it now represents a hazard to foot traffic. The roots are also entering into the house drains and causing an impediment to the flow of waste water from the house. There is also an electrical substation very close to the tree and well within the RPA, this is critical infrastructure for the surrounding area. An Arboricultural Report to support these findings dated 4 August 2025 is enclosed.
