Refer to Detailed Tree Inspection Report DAA Jan 26, attached, showing tree location plan T1 - Fell to ground level & replace with a substantially sized (proposed) new replacement, 12-14cm girth, Tilia cordata or Ulmus 'New Horizon' tree, to be purchased from Hillier Trees or Barcham Trees PLC. Due to Hymenoscyphus fraxineus infection, poor structural and physiological condition, as outlined in supporting Detailed Tree Inspection Report. T2 - Fell to ground level & replace with a substantially sized (proposed) new replacement, 12-14cm girth, Tilia cordata or Ulmus 'New Horizon' tree, to be purchased from Hillier Trees or Barcham Trees PLC.     T1 Sycamore- remove 3 epicormic stems at the base of the tree (approx diameter 10 cms each) Reduce central top height of the tree by 2 meters and reshape the crown all around. Reasons- the tree has not been worked on for some time and it is cutting out light at the back of the property and for other properties in the vicinity. It is a very tall tree for the confined space that it is in.
